If you wish to cancel your frozen membership, please remember to first remove the freeze. The freeze and cancellation cannot be active simultaneously. You can remove the freeze at any time by visiting the reception of the gym during opening hours, and you can also cancel your membership if you wish.
 
Removing the freeze is free of charge. However, please note that when removing the freeze, we will check the billing period and, if necessary, charge you for the current period if the invoice can no longer be sent to online banking or charged to your payment card.
