Payment reminder
If the membership- insurance or Personal Training fee is not paid according to the membership contract by the due date, you will receive an email including instructions on how to pay the invoice.
If after 14 days of the original due date the invoice is still unpaid, it will move on to payment reminder and a reminder invoice will be sent to you via email from our collaborator OK Laskutuspalvelu OY.
In case the reminder invoice is not paid by the due date given in the invoice, it will move on to debt collection and you will receive a debt collection letter via mail.
