Booking a Group Training Class

Instructions for booking, canceling, and attending group training classes.
 
Booking a class 
You can make bookings through our mobile application (iOS/Android). Booking via the website's My Pages will not be possible after Friday 23.2.2024.
  • Your username is your email address, and the password you have registered during the membership purchase. For more information on logging in to the app and website, you can read here.
  • A session can be booked no earlier than 96 hours before and no later than 15 minutes before the start time of the session.
  • Booking is done through our Fitness24Seven mobile application, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • You can book two (2) sessions for the same day.
  • You can book up to five (5) sessions at a time.
We do not accept bookings over the phone or via email.

Check-In
How to Activate a Class Ticket through the Mobile App?
Please note that Check-In can be done no earlier than 60 minutes and no later than 10 minutes before the start of the session.
  • Log in to the gym hosting the group exercise class by scanning the QR code of your mobile membership card found at the reception desk or the gym specific QR code at the stand using the F24S mobile app's camera.
  • After logging in on your mobile device, the option to confirm your attendance for the group training class will be activated.
  • Confirm your spot in the session by checking in through selecting your upcoming group training class from your bookings.
  • When you arrive for the session, the group training instructor will check your ticket on your phone.
  • If you are attending multiple classes, you do not need to check in again at the gym. However, both classes must be confirmed separately.
Please note that if you do not claim your reserved session spot at least 10 minutes before the start of the session, your spot will be released for anyone else to claim.

Waitlists and Queueing
  • When a session is full, you can reserve a spot from queue.
  • There are unlimited spots on the queue for classes.
  • If someone cancels their reservation for a session, the person at the top of the queue will receive an email confirmation for the available spot. When a queue spot becomes a regular reservation, the normal booking rules apply.
  • When there is one (1) hour left until the session begins, our system will reset the waiting list. If you have not received a notification of getting a spot before the reset, you do not have a reservation for the class.
  • After the waiting list is reset, those who have secured a spot from the queue can cancel their reservation up to 30 minutes before the class begins. You can monitor last-minute cancellations through the app and potentially get a spot for the session this way.

Cancellation of Session
Please remember to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend the session.
  • You can cancel through the app. Please make the cancellation as soon as possible in case of any impediments, so someone else can book the class.
  • The class must be canceled at least 1 hour before the class starts. If you get a spot for the class through the queue, you must cancel the class at least 30 minutes before the class starts.
  • If you fail to cancel your reservation, you will receive a warning. The warning will automatically be removed after three (3) weeks.
  • If you have three (3) active warnings, a three (3) week booking ban will be enforced (starting from the most recent warning).
  • The booking ban applies to advance bookings through the app. However, you can still attend the session with a drop-in reservation (see instructions below).

Drop-In
Unclaimed spots 10 minutes before the session starts are referred to as drop-in spots. If there are available spots for a class 10 minutes before it starts, they can be claimed as drop-in spots through the app. Drop-in spots cannot be reserved in advance.
Log in to the app and check yourself into the gym by scanning the QR code (entrance system, reception, or booking station). After this, you will have access to drop-in opportunities. Available spots will be displayed in the app for the respective group exercise class.
