With the discontinuation of physical membership cards, the benefits and features of your GOLD or BLACK membership will conveniently transition to a digital format. This means that even though physical cards are no longer used, you won’t lose any of the benefits associated with your membership. Your current level and the perks that come with it will still be available, and you can easily view them in our app under the Profile tab.
The mobile app offers you the same flexibility and ease of use as the physical card, but now even more conveniently. If you need any help transitioning to the digital system, our customer service is always ready to assist you.
If you still have a physical membership card, you can cut it in half and recycle it as mixed or energy waste.
