If you want to change the bank or bank account used for billing, follow these instructions to ensure a smooth transition.

Changing the Bank
The bank or account change must be done independently through your online banking. You will need to remove the old billing authorization from the "wrong" account/bank and create a new billing authorization for the new account/bank.
Please note that it's recommended to have a three-day gap between removing the old authorization and creating the new one to ensure a smooth transition.

Avoid Potential Issues
It’s important to note that if the account change happens in the middle of a billing cycle, the invoice may be sent before the new billing authorization is set up. In this case, there is a risk that the invoice will not be sent correctly through the new e-invoice system, and you might not receive it at all. Therefore, only change the bank/account after the current invoice has been paid or before the next one is sent. The invoice is sent as an e-invoice 14 days before its due date, on the 29th of the month. If needed, you can check your billing status with customer service.
