Recurring card payment (RCP) is an easy and convenient way to handle membership fees for ongoing memberships. With this payment method, monthly fees are automatically charged to your payment card, so you don’t need to worry about paying invoices separately.

  Card Compatibility
Recurring card payment only works with VISA or MasterCard cards that allow online and international transactions. Please note that Visa Electron cards or Aktia bank cards cannot be used with this payment method. If you have one of these cards, we recommend switching to e-invoicing as your payment method.

Also, note that payment cards with exercise benefits, such as Edenred MasterCard, cannot be used for this payment method.

  Adding a Payment Card
Card details are added by the member through the Nets portal. You will receive a link to this service either from our staff or by logging into the "My Account" section of our website. It is important to enter your card details carefully and ensure that the card is valid for the entire duration of the contract.

  Payment Charges
Monthly fees are automatically charged without separate notice as follows:

Training Fees: Due on the 29th of the preceding month.
Accident Insurance Fees: Due on the 1st of the current month.

Personal Trainer Services and Membership Freeze
Please note that monthly installments for Personal Trainer services and any remote freeze fees can currently only be charged via e-invoicing. If you use these services, make sure that e-invoicing authorization is activated in your online banking.

  Your Responsibility with Card Payment
As a member, you are personally responsible for ensuring that your card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds on the card for payment on the due date. This responsibility continues throughout the term of the contract, even if the payer is someone else.
If the charge fails on the due date, we will automatically retry for the next four days. If you encounter issues with adding your card or with the payment, please contact our customer service.
