Fitness24Seven offers its members two payment methods for ongoing memberships: recurring card payment (RCP) and e-invoicing. The payment method is determined when you sign up for your membership. If you join via our website, card charging is automatically selected as the payment method.

  Changing Payment Method
If you want to switch from e-invoicing to recurring card payment or vice versa, you can easily do so by contacting our customer service. Please note that the change in payment method will take effect starting from the next invoicing period.

From E-Invoicing to recurring card payment
If you wish to switch from e-invoicing to recurring card payment during an invoicing period, you must pay the current, already sent invoice using e-invoicing before changing the payment method. This means that even if you switch payment methods, any invoices already created must be paid using the current method.

You should connect your payment card to your membership promptly. This can be done through our website or customer service.

From recurring card payments to E-Invoicing
If you decide to switch from recurring card payment to e-invoicing and the invoice for the upcoming month has already been created for e-invoicing memberships, you must pay the membership fee for the next month at the reception of the fitness center before the new payment method can be activated.

You need to activate the e-invoicing authorization in your online banking as soon as possible. You can receive instructions for setting up e-invoicing from the fitness center staff or check the instructions here.

  Note
Exercise benefits (Edenred, Epassi, Smartum) are a secondary payment method. This means that even if you use exercise benefits for payment, either card charging or e-invoicing must be active for your membership. Payment with exercise benefits can only be done at the fitness center's reception.
If you have questions about changing the payment method or need assistance, our customer service is happy to help.
