Regional closing in Uusimaa continues 25.1.-7.2.2022

Our gyms in Uusimaa region will be opened on 1st of February!

Dear member,

We regret to inform you that the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland will continue the closing in Uusimaa for time period 25.1.-7.2.2022.

At these times, it is even more important to take care of both physical and mental well-being. For this reason, we want to offer our members the opportunity to maintain training routines. We have gathered information about different possibilities for working out with us during these exceptional times.

BOOK THE GYM FOR PRIVATE WORK OUT SESSIONS
The closure decision does not apply to activities that fall within the scope of private or family life. Thus, despite the decision to close, the gym area can be booked for private training, as long as the people in the party using the booked area are connected (eg. a family or a group of friends up to 8 people at a time).

Thus, we have opened 7 closed gyms for private training on Tuesday 18th of January. At the moment, the gyms where you can book a private training session are the following: Espoo Laajalahti, Helsinki Kamppi Plus, Helsinki Käpylä, Helsinki Tripla, Lahti Trio, Vantaa Myyrmanni and Vantaa Tikkurila Group.

These gyms have various training areas, where training is possible without contact with other people. It is possible for each member to reserve any area for training (also the women's gym). A more detailed division of these areas and equipment is described in our app and in this article (text in Finnish, includes images of the areas).

❗ Due to the lenghtening closing period, we will also expand the selection of these gyms on Tuesday 25th of January by adding the following gyms for private booking:
  • Espoo Espoontori
  • Helsinki Easton
  • Helsinki Hertsi
  • Helsinki Kallio
  • Helsinki Laajasalo
  • Helsinki Lassila
  • Helsinki Malmin Nova
  • Järvenpää Keskusta
  • Lohja Keskusta

Active membership
The booking is possible only through our F24S App, with an active Fitness24Seven membership. If your membership is frozen, you may request activating your membership by sending an email to your nearest gym. Please add ''Booking a private session'' as a subject of your email. Add an identification information such as your membership card number or customer number to the subject or the message field of your email. Note, that we do not accept activation requests via phone.


F24S APP 
If you're not familiar with our app, we recommend you to download it and get to know it in peace. You can download the app from AppStore or Google Play-store, the app's name is Fitness24Seven.
Username is the email address that has been registered to our system. Upon registration you have received an email with a link to create your own password. If you have not received this email or the password you set up earlier is not functioning, you can change the password by clicking ''Unohditko salasanasi' link in the login view.


PRIVATE TRAINING WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
Did you know that you can work out with your Personal Trainer despite the gym closing? If you wish to book a training session, please contact your Personal Trainer. Contact details can be found from our website's gym pages

If you do not have a contract for Personal Training services, please contact one of our Personal Trainers and book a cost-free session for PT's consultation


LIVE-STREAMED GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
During these times it is extremely important to maintain your physical and mental health. We want to motivate you to excercise no matter where you are! Now you can find live streamed group training classes from our services, there are options for everyone – regardless of the level of your physical condition. We offer both our own and Les Mills classes. Read more here!


FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
If you did not find a suitable training method from the options above, you may freeze your membership for the closing period 25.1.-7.2.2022. In that case, please send a freezing request via email to your closest gym with subject: Freezing my membership. Add an identification information such as your membership card number or customer number to the subject or the message field of your email. Note, that we do not accept freezing requests via phone.
