Our gyms in Oulu are open for working out (3.1.2022)
Dear member,
The Administrative Court of Northern Finland has revoked the order issued by the Regional State Administrative Agency on Wednesday 29 December 2021 regarding the extension of gym closing in Northern Ostrobothnia. This means that we will be able to open the Oulu Keskusta and Limingantulli gyms for members already today 3rd of January. Thus from now on gyms are open as usual 24/7.
Ensuring safe work out
To make training as safe as possible, we follow strict hygiene and safety instructions at the gyms. In accordance with the order of the Regional State Administrative Agency, we have to limit the number of people working out to be able to provide a personal space for everyone. The maximum capacity of members working out per gym is reported at the gym doors as well as on our website. During reception opening hours, our staff is monitoring the capacity and they will limit the number of members working out if needed. If the maximum capacity is reached, members need to wait for their turn outside the gym. Alternatively, member can visit a nearby gym.
We kindly ask all of us to remember to take good care of hand and coughing hygiene. We strongly recommend to use the face mask in the common areas, such as at the reception or in the changing rooms. In addition, please clean the equipments after using them and train only when you are healthy. The updated corona information can be found from here.
Removing freezing
If your membership has already been freezed until 15th of January and you want to start training earlier, you can remove the freeze by contacting the gym staff via email or visiting the reception during opening hours. Gym-specific contact information can be found from here.
Group training
However, group training classes in Oulu Keskusta gym are on a break due to the corona situation, but it is possible to participate in the classes remotely via live streaming. More information and instructions on how to participate can be found from here.
