Our gyms in Hämeenlinna and Lahti continue to be closed for time period 13.1.-26.1.2022

Dear member,

According to the decision given on by the Regional State Administrative Agency on Tuesday 11th of January, we need to continue the gym closing in Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme areas until 26th of January 2022. The closing therefore applies to the gyms in Hämeenlinna and Lahti.

This letter includes important information regarding your membership and actions you may take. This letter has been sent to you since you have registered at one of these gyms.

Latest corona instructions can be also found from our webpage. We constantly update the page when new information appears so we highly recommend our members to read it.

We apologize for all inconvenience the situation might cause and we thank all our members for patience and co-operation. Below you can find the actions if needed.


ACTIONS

In these times, it is even more important to take care of both physical and mental well-being. For this reason, we want to motivate you to move regardless of location. Among our services, you will find live streamed group training classes that allow you to stick to your training routines even remotely. More information about the lessons and instructions for participating can be found from here.

We also know that not everyone gets excited about remote training, which is why we are offering a free membership freezing for the time period of the gym closing.

As the membership at Fitness24Seven is usable in all our gyms, 24/7 and thus our services are still partly at disposal, we will not automatically freeze any memberships.

Freezing your membership
If you wish, you can freeze your membership free of charge for the period from 13.1.2022 to 26.1.2022. A request to freeze must be submitted as soon as possible. Upon freezing, all paid workout time will be automatically saved and compensated from the next e-invoice. If your membership is frozen i.e. for time period 13.1.-26.1.2022, you will have 14 days to be saved and it will be compensated in the next e-invoice.

If you have a pre-paid membership, the credited 14 training days will be added to the end of the contract period during the free training period.

All the request for freezing must be sent to the gym reception via email with a title Freeze membership. Add an identification information such as your membership card number or customer number to the title or message-field of the email. Note, that we do not accept freezing requests via phone. According to the information we have now, our gyms will be re-opened on 27th of January. We will contact our members if this changes.

Invoicing
All invoices regarding membership, accident insurance or PT-services, must be paid normally. When the freezing is set, all paid workout time will be automatically saved and compensated from the next e-invoice. Each invoice will be sent as an e-invoice according to our membership contract terms.

Customer service
Please note, that due to the situation our customer service channels both in our gyms and centralized customer service might be temporarily congested. All emails will be handled and replied in their arrival order. We recommend being in contact with us primarily via email. Gym specific contact details can be found from here.
