Information letter to members

Price change will be affected in two parts. For new customers 1st of April 2022 and for active memberships 1st of June 2022.

What does your new price list look like?
The price update will affect both fixed-term and on-going, monthly paid memberships. Price for our accident insurance and other fees such as start-up fee, freezing fee etc. will remain current. From below you can read more about new prices.

On-going memberships
On-going membership is paid monthly via e-invoice through your personal online bank account. Upon registration, a start-up or renewal fee will be added to the monthly membership fee. You can register as a member both at our Online Shop and at the gym reception.

  • Regular membership 24,90€/mo.
  • Senior membership 21,90€/mo.
  • Loyalty membership 19,90€/mo. (Note! This membership can be given to a friend according to the member's loyalty status, read more here.
  • Access membership 14,90€/mo.

Preapaid memberships
Prepaid membership is paid completely upon registration. In addition to the membership fee, a start-up or renewal fee is charged, just like now. This membership can be purchased only at the gym reception.

When will price update happen?
Prices will update 1st of April 2022 after those made contracts will be signed with our updated prices.

Ongoing memberships will be update to new prices 1st of June 2022.

Why are you changing your prices?
We believe exercising and all-around wellness should belongs to everyone. This is our vision, which we believe now and in the future. One membership card will provide training regardless of the time or the place where you are in over 250 gyms around the clock in five different countries. In addition to, that you can also participate to our group classes at the gyms, not forgetting our women’s gyms, completely new gyms, and gym renovations. Our price is and will stay competitive in fitness market comparing to our services.

Unfortunately, we, as like many others in our industry, have not avoid the effects of the pandemic and the current global situation.
We have been long time opposed to changes in our membership prices but now we have reached a point where realizing our vision requires a change to our membership prices as well.

I want to cancel my ongoing membership due to price change, what I should do?
According to our membership contract terms notice period is two months. You are eligible to your current price also during the cancellation period if you cancel your membership before 1st of June 2022. Price change will happen 1st of June also to ongoing memberships so after that monthly price is determined by new price list.

If membership contract is cancelled during period 16th of May and 31st of May when new e-invoice regarding June’s training time is already sent will extra part of the invoice be compensated back to you before membership ends.

I have ongoing prepaid subscription, how price change will be affected to my current membership?
Price change will not affect on already purchased prepaid subscriptions during the current contract period. After your subscription ends you can buy new subscription with new price list.

My membership is currently frozen, will the price change when membership will be activated?
For ongoing memberships which are purchased before 1st of April price change will be happening 1st of June so if your membership activates after that your monthly price will be updated to new price.

For prepaid memberships which are purchased before 1st of April price change will not affect during the current subscription although membership is frozen for certain amount of time.

I have automatic E-invoicing contract in my online bank, do I need to do changes to current contract?
If you have set price limit to E-invoicing contract which amount bank can take automatically from your bank account, you should increase this limit to our new prices. You can change this in your online bank from E-invoicing contact settings by yourself. If you need help with the settings, please contact your bank’s customer service.
