I have lost my card, how do I get a new one?
If you have lost your membership card, you can buy a new one from one of our gym receptions during the opening hours. The new membership card costs 9,90€ and is activated within 24 hours (usually within a few minutes).
The gyms that have already implemented a mobile entrance can be entered without a membership card by using our app, and it is not necessary to get a new membership card.
If the gym you're using hasn't yet implemented a mobile entrance yet, you can work out without a membership card only during the reception opening hours. You need to show a valid picture ID to the gym staff when visiting without a membership card.
