Can anyone other than me pay for my monthly subscription?
Our ongoing memberships are invoiced monthly either via e-invoice directly between online banks or by recurring card payment from a payment card. The due date is always between 29th of the month. The ongoing membership requires the customer to either activate an e-invoice contract from the online bank or add payment card information to the system, be at least 18 years old, and provide a valid picture ID.
If another person would like to pay the membership fees on behalf of the member, a so-called other payer agreement should be made for this purpose. The agreement is filled out on site at the gym reception and both the member, the payer and the site responsible sign the agreement. A profile is created to the payer and the invoicing of the member is connected to that profile. In this way, invoices can be delivered directly to the payer without any problems.
